The problem

Rising workforce cost is the symptom.

Vacancies. Agency spend. Turnover. These look like separate problems. They're usually symptoms of something deeper.

Health systems have spent years buying symptom relief: a new recruiting funnel, a better vendor rate, a retention bonus, another platform. Each change buys temporary relief. When the underlying system doesn't change, the cost comes back.

We look underneath the numbers at scheduling design, span of control, how demand gets forecasted, where functions work against each other. Then we provide the real diagnosis.

A different kind of workforce partner is here.

01 Operating experience

We've made workforce decisions under pressure. More importantly, we've owned the outcomes.

02 Independent advice

No staffing arm. No rate card. No labor to sell. When you have no hidden agenda, it's a lot easier to get real.

03 Whole-system view

We connect workforce, recruiting, technology and operations to see what others may only view in isolation so you can see your workforce against what the work actually demands.

04 Accountability through implementation

Diagnosis is the beginning. We stay through implementation, measurement and adjustment so the improvement holds.

The who

We're operators, not observers.

KinRidge brings together seasoned operators with complementary experience across healthcare workforce, recruiting, technology and operations.

Workforce strategy

Mona Veiseh

Founder & CEO

Mona built NuWest Group from a two-person recruiting desk into a healthcare staffing network spanning all 50 states and two U.S. territories. NuWest reached $450 million in revenue, with 3,000+ clinicians deployed, and the compliance and mobilization systems to place clinicians across state and county lines. During COVID, she worked with HHS, CDC, and state agencies to stand up surge recruiting teams without letting fill rate or time-to-fill slip. She's since fixed the same underlying problem twice for health systems: a nursing pay rate that matched market on paper but still missed time-to-fill targets, solved by finding the real cause and cutting contingent spend; and a fulfillment gap traced to a pattern in offer declines, solved by coaching the hiring team that owned it. At KinRidge her focus is closing the gap between what CNOs are trying to fix and what CFOs are willing to fund — including implementing AI-enabled interview technology tools to shorten the hiring cycle without losing match quality. She currently advises Beginly, a VC-backed physician job-matching platform.  40 Under 40 (Puget Sound Business Journal, Staffing Industry Analysts); Vistage Exceptional Leadership Award recipient.

Jermaine Reed

Principal

Jermaine spent more than 20 years building the operating systems that let complex healthcare organizations keep running well after the consultant leaves. At Maxim Healthcare Services, he applied Lean process redesign across more than 400 offices nationwide, managed a $40 million operating portfolio serving 3,000+ client accounts, and built hospital-based care systems to reduce avoidable readmissions and strengthen care transitions. At KinRidge, Jermaine's focus is leveraging Lean process improvement practices, effective change management techniques, and the thoughtful application of technology to address challenges across States and healthcare systems. RECRUITING STRATEGY, MSP LEADERSHIP & CLIENT SERVICES

Erin Arden

Principal

Erin was a co-builder of NuWest Group. She helped achieve consistent year-over-year growth at NuWest, all organically. Erin stood up the recruiting, account management, and MSP leadership functions that took NuWest from a startup desk to a nationwide healthcare staffing network. She built and scaled its MSP business practices, anchoring it to client outcomes and each client's own internal performance metrics rather than a standard vendor scorecard. Erin is passionate about the candidate-to-employee experience, making it frictionless and enjoyable. Erin has spent 20 years coaching candidates and hiring managers to help them find their best fit for an enduring relationship. At KinRidge, Erin's focus is bringing an authentic approach to recruitment, onboarding, and talent engagement. She also loves coaching and developing hiring managers to build effective interview skills.
